Simple Truth Pizza Night Challenge

The pizza cutter was surprising and cut well, especially with the thin crust! I have been using it for all my pizzas I make! The oven mitt seems to be made fairly nice, but I wouldn't' use it as my everyday oven mitt.

The thin crust was a surprise to me because I expected little flavor and lack of taste, but I was wrong! It added a huge taste while reducing the number of overall calories! I especially enjoyed the crispy ends of the crust. My only gripe is that it doesn't make for a very stable slice of pizza when trying to eat it. I possibly could have put on too many toppings!

Catch Up

So basically, I have been busy with the week of finals and moving back home for summer so I have to catch up with everything on here. To sum it up:

• I started working at Wendy's again as I could not find an internship this summer. I'm hoping to have one next summer.
• 
  
• I got my grades back a few days ago and I ended up with straight A's. That's the first time that I have ever gotten all A's throughout high school and college. I expected a few B's to be in there, but i must have performed well on my finals.
• 
  
• I entered a random contest on roadrunner records and won free tickets to the Nickelback Dark Horse Tour on May 22nd. They are in the very front, right next to the stage, and I can't wait to go! I never win anything when entering contests, but I lucked out this time :).
• 
  
• I started my second round of P90X on Monday, May 10th. I am super pumped to be doing this again, as it keeps me in shape and pushes me farther than I could ever imagine. The first round of P90X got me into shape. This time round, I am able to perform everything much better as I know the moves, have better form, and am in good enough shape to do it. I can't wait to see the results after these 90 days are up! I am doing this round of P90X with my best friend, Kevin, and my girlfriend, Christine, as they want to get into shape as well. I'm trying to push them as much as I can without overdoing it. In 87 more days, we will see the results for everyone!

Fun Times

Yesterday I got to go to my Engineering picnic with my teachers and fellow engineers. It took a while for the food to get going because the senior design projects went over time. After a good amount of food, we went over to the playground to play tag like little kids. It was definitely fun going through the whole playground and jumping fences chasing each other till no ends. We were called immature and stupid by a bunch of little kids because we were running around having fun. O how they will realize how you should enjoy life because it just keeps getting harder and harder. I was full of energy when i got back to the room so i did 60 push ups and 25 chin ups to finish off my energy for the night. That put me in a good mood for the day and I was quite happy with myself. I finsihed off the night with some circuits 2 practice final problems and hit the hay nice and tired and got a good night's rest :)

Happy

Today has been a good day so far. I had an easy day of classes and don't have too much homework other than finishing up some final projects and studying for finals.
I returned my tuxedo today and got $40 back in cash from the store owner for my order being messed up. Not a bad deal in my opinion since that covered the dinner costs.
I am planning to get a lot of my final lab report done tonight with as little distractions as possible, such as writing this blog.
I am overall happy, especially from the awesome prom that I had with Christine. She means so much to me and it was an amazing weekend that I will never forget.
I'm just happy :)
